Before the operation we take all the necessary laboratory tests. Our nurses are always happy to answer all your questions and explain to you the operation process step-by-step.

Booking an operation time we always consider the wishes of the patient and his or her social situation. Usually the patient arrive at our hospital the morning before the operation and is led to the ward by a specialized nurse. Then the patient meets with professor Nordström and once again discusses the details of the operation. At our hospital we pay a special attention to making all the surgical procedures as painless for the patient as possible. If the procedure is minimally invasive, the patient leaves our hospital the same day after we have checked that everything is in order. After bigger operations the patient stays at our hospital overnight.
